Waverly Hills

On July 27 & 28 the TIP team did its very first investigation at the infamous Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Louisville, Kentucky. Estimates vary that between 10 and 60 thousand people died at Waverly during the TB outbreak in the early 1900’s. The smaller figure is most likely. Waverly is said to be haunted by numerous apparitions and shadow people as well as the “creeper”, a shadow person that walks on all fours like a spider. There are numerous stories about Waverly such as a nurse hanging herself from the door jamb of room 502 and a hobo falling down an elevator shaft with his dog. The “death tunnel” is a long concrete shut where bodies were supposedly wheeled down to vehicles so the other patients could not see them.

Five TIPsters led the investigation joined by 5 of our friends. Waverly is a ghost hunting Mecca and a genuinely creepy place. While team members with experience at Waverly began to set up the equipment the newbies took the initial tour and learned the new hot spots. When they returned they helped finish with our set up. We split into three teams and began our investigation. We tried to put a floor between each team so we did not have to deal with noise pollution. The first floor team started in the morgue and used K-2’s and recorders. The lead investigator crawled into the body tray in the morgue to see if he could generate a personal experience. Unfortunately he did not experience anything. The lead investigator from the next group also crawled into the morgue tray but did not experience anything. The team moved to the lobby area and then walked down to the “death tunnel”. To their astonishment the team discovered there was someone in the death tunnel moving towards them. While the team hoped it was an apparition it turned out to be a possibly intoxicated teenager.   The investigators returned to their base while the Waverly staff swept the building looking for the intruder. The person was not seen again and does not show up on any DVR footage. When the team investigated the death tunnel they found a heavy duty extension cord coming through one of the ceiling vents. The person apparently had climbed down, and probably up, the cord. Unfortunately the intruder cost our team a good 90 minutes of investigation time.

Waverly was quiet that night. One team of investigators heard running footsteps on the fourth floor and a growl as well. Both noises were captured on the teams’ recorders. The other teams did not catch anything substantial. However, Waverly is always a fun place to investigation

Professional Office in a Strip Mall

On August 23, 2014, TIPS investigated a professional office in a strip mall. The mall had been built on the site of what had been a farm house. Four TIPS investigators and one guest investigator were present at this investigation. The office has very recently underwent renovations. People employed there have reported hearing a child’s voice. The contractor that was responsible for the renovations, also reported hearing voices while he was working there at night.

The team used the DVR system, placing four cameras throughout the office space. Members of the team also used EMF detectors and handheld digital recorders. The team first investigated the front part of the office. A strange clicking noise was heard by the front desk and we were unable to discover what was causing it. It was heard twice throughout the evening and with all of the office equipment located at the front of the office, it is hard to conclude paranormal or not.

The team then moved to the back part of the front office and discovered that it contained very high EMF’s. It was almost impossible to find a spot in the room that did not spike the detectors. While conducting an EVP session, a little girl’s voice was heard audibly by the team members. We checked outside to make sure there was not children outside and found none.

The last room investigated was a back room. We experienced a few EMF spikes and some of the investigators claimed to see unexplainable lights.

Upon reviewing the evidence, we found many EVP’s of a little girl and of a man’s voice. We caught nothing on our cameras. There seems to be something going on at this office that is unexplainable.

Farrar Elementary School

Farrar Elementary was dedicated in 1922 and closed in 2002. The large 17,000 square foot schoolhouse looks out of place in the small town of Farrar, Iowa. Farrar’s population of no more than 30 people has been slowly shrinking for many years. The only growing population is in the 150 year-old cemetery across from the schoolhouse. Built on six acres of rural farmland, its old walls are beginning to crumble. Over the decades employees and students reported hearing voices, slamming doors and sightings of unnatural figures walking the halls. Adults and children have passed on and have returned and re-live their experiences, good and bad, in the old school. There is no record of anyone actually dying at the school though.

After sitting abandoned for five years, Jim and Nancy Oliver purchased the building in 2006. It quickly became apparent they were not alone. Voices, shadow people and orbs were common. Nancy became unsteady on the stairs when a hand on her shoulder helped her catch her balance. She turned to thank her husband for the help only to find no one there. The dark distinct outline of a small boy was sighted on the well-lit stairway descending into the gymnasium. The boy appeared to be about 3' 6" tall with one foot on each step and holding onto the handrail. The figure stayed motionless for almost 2 seconds before disappearing. There are also claims of the sounds of an endless basketball game being played in the gym.

Three TIP investigators and a junior investigator joined 3 good friends from BOOndocks Paranormal to investigate Farrar. After finding out that Starbucks are few and far between in Iowa we arrived in time for a one hour tour of the facility. During the tour members of the team felt things in certain rooms.  The boiler room is known for EVPs and a creepy shadow person that crawls on the ceiling. As mentioned, people claim to hear a basketball game complete with cheering in the gym. The stairs leading up from the gym is where the apparition of a little boy appeared. The third floor is known for shadow people and a “sad boy” in the stage area. There’s an art room where a shadow person hides in the closet. An apparition is claimed to be seen looking out the window of the small room next to the principal’s office. Lastly, a lunch lady is said to haunt the small cafeteria of the building.

After setting up our cameras we began to investigate. The TIP team began in the boiler room where we hoped to make contact with the shadow person that lives there. We conducted an EVP session and several investigators had strange feelings but we did not see the shadow man. There were some random noises in the boiler room but we were able to debunk them. The BOOndocks Team started in the stage area on the third floor. One interesting thing that happened is a ball that had been placed on an old lamp pedestal fell off on its own. In reviewing the tape of the incident it’s unclear whether the ball was knocked off by a spirit or had simply been placed slightly off-center which resulted in the fall. Believing in Occam’s razor (the simplest explanation is usually correct) it most likely fell being off-center. We then switched floors and did EVP sessions in various rooms but did not have personal experiences.

At the end of the night both teams did a ghost box session in the boiler room and the gym. We did not obtain any responses from the ghost box that seemed intelligent. One interesting thing though is when one certain investigator tried to ask a question the ghost box would emit a loud noise to cut her off as if it did not want her to speak.

As a bonus for the evening we were treated to a spectacular star display including the Milky Way which we cannot see in the Chicago area.

In reviewing evidence we did get some interesting EVPs as well as an interesting light anomaly on the stage. At a time when no one was on the third floor a small light started up from the right side of the stage and then changes shape while going behind a table and then zips off to the upper left. We have not yet been able to debunk it but we are not saying it’s paranormal.

Beauty School

On October 18, 2014, TIP investigated a beauty school that is located in a building that was once used as a high school and then as an elementary school. The building was built in the late 1800’s and was originally three stories high with a basement that contained the gymnasium. The owner of the building began to experience unexplainable happenings when the building was undergoing renovations. There are reports of seeing shadows outside the boiler room door in the basement. Also, the boiler room doorknob has been seen to rattle on its own. The school has a camera security system that comes on when it detects motion and one evening it was activated and recorded for hours. The tech guy was unable to explain how this happened. Also, in the basement is a room that the owner refers to as the “fear room”. She notes that many people feel uncomfortable in there and will run through the room just to get out of there. In one of the class rooms on the first floor, the students complained of people walking and running on the floor above them. What makes this interesting is that the top two floors were removed many years ago, so there is no way anyone could be walking and/or running up there.

TIP had three investigators and two junior TIP investigators for this investigation. The team used the DVR system and placed six cameras in various locations of reported activity. A full-spectrum camera, EMF detectors and hand held digital recorders were used. The team investigated in all of the “hot spots”. In one of the lower level classrooms, while conducting an EVP session, a noise that sounded almost like a young girl’s voice was heard coming from outside the room. We were unable to debunk this noise. We also conducted an EVP session in the “fear room” and did an EMF sweep. The EMF detectors did not change or spike, ruling out our “fear cage” theory. We also conducted a ghost box session in this room and when asked, “How many people are in this room?” it did reply “five”. However it did not respond to any other questions.

The building is extremely old, so claims of unexplained phenomena is not surprising. We did experience a few things that were interesting. The TIP team hopes to investigate here again.

Samples of EVPs are posted on the EVP page

Rialto Square Theatre

The Rialto Theatre was completed in 1926 at a cost of $2 million dollars. The land it was built on was vacant before the Theatre was built. It opened as a vaudeville movie palace and was considered the jewel of Joliet. In the 1970s it had fallen into disrepair and faced possible demolition. Restoration of the theatre began in 1980 and the vaudeville movie palace changed to a performing arts center. A second renovation was started in 2006 at a cost of $6 million and currently there is another renovation at a cost of $2 million.

The "Jewel of Joliet” not only continues to host hundreds of customers, it also is called home to a number of resident ghosts. The most often spied is a spectral woman named Vivian who is thought to have been an actress who performed at the theatre many years ago. She is most often seen in the “Stars” dressing room. It is believed she dresses in purple and loves the scent of lavender. Many believe that she so loved performing there that she’s just not ready to leave this world.

Two more spirits, one male and one female, are sometimes spied in the auditorium’s balcony. According to the legend, the pair fell to their deaths from the balcony, and like others who have died in tragic accidents, they just won’t move on. There’s also a little boy named Kevin that plays mischievous pranks around the theatre like flushing the men’s room toilets and making hangers sway. The legend is that he was hit by a car in the street and brought into the theatre where he passed away but did not leave. There’s also a male ghost named Collin that hangs around the main theatre area. He has been known to flip down chairs as fast as the staff can flip them up. None of these incidents can be proven through research; however, the spirits are there.

On November 14, 2014 TIP along with our friends from BOOndocks Paranormal conducted a private investigation of the beautiful Rialto Square Theatre. The team used the DVR system, placing seven cameras throughout the auditorium, rotunda, and promenades. Members of the team also used EMF detectors and handheld digital recorders. The team first investigated an area of vacant office space next to the Rialto which we are not sure has been investigated before.  There had been reports of a "heaviness" feeling when people entered the space.  We were unable to identify anything paranormal during our brief investigation but may return.  We proceeded to investigate all the Rialto hot spots where we had previously obtained EVPS.  We also conducted a ghost box session in the promenade area.  However, the spirits were quiet this particular evening and we did not obtain any high quality evidence.  Investigating at the Rialto is never a disappointment though as it's rich history and beauty are always entertaining.

Ohio State Reformatory (Mansfield)

While not a TIP investigation, on May 16, 2015, Paul went to a group event at "Mansfield" a former prison that was where they filmed Shawshank Redemption.  While there he participated in the most responsive ghost box session he has ever heard.  He also caught one evp that is interesting.  It is in the evp evidence part of the website.

Conover Square Mall

On June 27, 2015 TIP investigators Christine, Stew, Amara, Paul, and junior Tipster Paige investigated Conover Square Mall in Ogden, Illinois.  The building known today as Conover Square originally housed a piano factory. Construction began in the early 1890's, and additions continued for almost twenty years. It is believed that  the Schaeffer Piano Company built the original factory (the current South wing), and they were later bought by Schiller.  Pianos were manufactured here under a number of brand names, including Schiller, Conover, and Cable.  By the early 1970's, demand for pianos dropped to the point where the factory closed and moved operations out of state.  Later in the 70's, much of the 120,000 square foot building was converted into a shopping village. The current owner has allowed people to store things in the space and it's now a giant building full of stuff.  No one knows why the building is haunted as no one died there.  This is not uncommon in many places we go.  The most persistant claim is the sighting of a little girl mostly around the first floor women's bathroom.  While we brought our cameras we decided the building was just too big and we did not have enough time or people to do a full set up.  We decided instead to treat this investigation as a planning session for a future investigation. We began in the basement in what is called the "zombie room".  We also went further down into the sub-basement (thinking Stephan King here).  We dd not experience anything down there.  We moved up and investigated the other floors.  One interesting thing is we heard things during the investigation that did not show up on our recorders.  Paul obtained an evp in the museum area and again on the third floor.  The most interesting is we were up sitting on some couches and there's a child's laughter which our junior Tipster apparently heard,  Those evps are in the evidence area.   TIP wants to revisit Conover to further investigate.

Private Home Investigation

On September 12, 2015 TIP investigators Lesley, Christine, and Paul conducted an investigation of a private home that had been experiencing paranormal events. Most of the events centered around a closet in their 11 year old son's room.  We are still evaluating evidence on this case.

The Goldenrod Showboat

On November 7, 2015 TIP investigators Paul, Christine, Lesley, Tuesday, and our friend Shana, a volunteer caretaker of the Goldenrod, had the rather unique experience of investigating the over-100 year old Showboat the Goldenrod in Kampsville, Illinois.  Goldenrod was the last showboat to work the Mississippi.  Unlike paddle wheelers showboats did not move under their own power but were pushed by tugboats.  They were basically floating theaters and did not have passenger rooms.  The Goldenrod gave the start to such legendary performers as Red Skelton and Bob Hope.  In July of 2015 flooding caused her to be moved slightly down river to protect her but instead resulted in the hull buckling and the possible end of the Goldenrod.  She is said to be haunted by Captain Menke, his girlfriend Madge, and a young woman named Annie.  The boat’s caretakers informed us that the spirits are not happy with what’s happening to the Goldenrod with items being removed and the possible salvage of the whole boat.  TIP considers itself extremely privileged to get the chance to be one of the last groups to investigate the Goldenrod.  It’s hard to describe the feeling of coming around a corner on a country road and seeing the majestic boat.  Even in old age she is beautiful and awe-inspiring.  Due to the lack of power TIP did not bring any of our DVR cameras.  We relied on recorders, EMF detectors, and hand held cameras.  The boat did not have power, heat or bathroom facilities (don’t ask).  After a tour of the boat we began our investigation in the auditorium area of the boat.  Two of us left recorders running in the buffet area and the entry way which are said to be most active for EVPs.  We were not disappointed as these yielded some of our best evidence of the night.  (See EVP evidence page)  While in the auditorium Lesley saw a plate size red light which is one of the common phenomena.  We attempted to debunk it but could not locate any source for the light.  During the evening we did hear many loud noises that could not be explained.  We moved to the balcony area which is where the Captain’s table is located and the site of many previous paranormal experiences.  We could not get real close to the Captain’s table due to obvious structural damage to the boat from the hull buckling.  We took photographs and conducted an EVP session.  We moved from the balcony to a “dance room” area with a piano that supposedly plays by itself.  We conducted another EVP session.  From the dance room we investigated the galley area and Christine, Paul, and Shana climbed through two trapdoors to reach the actual roof of the boat.  What a fantastic experience to be on the roof of the Goldenrod.  Similar to our investigation at Farrar the sky was full of stars and the Milky Way.  You have not lived until you have seen the night sky the way it is meant to be seen with no light pollution.  Due to the extreme cold we decided to conduct a ghost box session in the auditorium and then call it a night.  Unfortunately we did not get any responses to the ghost box but Shana heard a voice as we were packing up.  We all agreed it was a fantastic night and enjoyed the ferry ride on the way back to our hotel.  We also enjoyed our traditional post investigation snack.  EVP evidence from the evening is posted in the evidence section of the webpage.

Private Residence

On March 18, 2016TIP investigated a private residence in the town of Lombard. The renter of the home had claimed that she would feel a shaking in her bed and in her recliner when she would fall asleep. TIP did a thorough investigation using EMF detectors, cameras and recorders. The investigators, which consisted of Paul and Lesley, did not have any personal experiences and did not capture any evidence upon review

 Eldred House

On April 16, 2016 TIP investigators Lesley, Tuesday, Paul and our friend Shana investigated the famous Eldred House in Eldred Illinois.  The James J Eldred house completed in 1861 was probably the most elegant residential structure in the region and is an important surviving example of Greek revival architecture transplanted to the Illinois bluff. Combining the stylistic values of neoclassicism with traditional local materials, Eldred created a county estate home that became a center piece of regional social life during the 1860’s and 1870’s. James and Emeline Eldred raised children, managed a farm, and regularly hosted social gatherings. The prime years of the Eldred House were not all gaiety and light for its owners, however. All three Eldred daughters died at home: Alma at age 4 in 1861, Alice at 17 of tuberculosis in 1870, and Eva at 17 from the same cause in 1876.  We began the evening with a tour led by one of the volunteers that work to return the home to its former glory.  He gave us a substantial history of the house and its spirits.  One thing he emphasized was to also investigate the grounds of the home since they had seen apparitions of a Native American on the grounds.  He also showed us one of the most interesting pieces of evidence from the home which is a picture of three girls standing outside against the home and in an upper window is the image of a another child that was not there. We set up our night vision cameras and DVR to record in the hotspots where some type of motion had previously been seen.  We did investigate the yard area before it got too dark.  One interesting note is that the woods around the house are full of whip-poor-wills that called all night long and their call is exactly their name.  We then performed EVP sessions in each of the rooms in the home.  While in Alice’s room we heard a loud crash and ran to investigate what had happened.  At first we thought it was a piece of wood falling from the ceiling in the nursery but then realized it was the picture the volunteer had shown us of the little girl in the window had fallen off the wall.  We performed our last EVP session in the basement in the so called “cheese” room because they used to store cheese there.   After that we broke down our equipment and headed back to our motel to try and get a few hours of sleep before driving home.

Evidence will be posted soon

 The Lake House (private residence)

On May 21, 2016 Paul had an unusual investigation since he had to fly solo because other team members were not available and TIP only had access to the site for a few days. The residence belongs to a friend and it had never been investigated. My friend has known for many years that the house is haunted by a previous owner.  Apparently, after an argument with his wife, the previous owner had gone out to cover his boat with a storm approaching and gotten killed by lightning and his son was injured.  My friend’s parents bought the home as a summer home and my friend starting going there at a young age. For a while nothing happened or they did not notice.  The children would find closet doors open that they had left closed but always thought the other had done it.  Finally, one night the father asked them if they believed in ghosts.  He had been hearing footsteps on the stairs when no one was there.  Items would also go missing with no explanation.  They all compared notes and realized something was going on.  An interesting thing about the haunting is the original cabin was moved offsite and a new house was built.  The haunting continued in the new house.  Along with opening and closing doors and turning the lights on and off the spirit would say “I’m still here” in people’s ears.  That saying seems to play a role in my investigation. According to my friend the two main hotspots are a bedroom and a staircase.  My friend said they felt totally creeped out in the bedroom.  I put night vision cameras on both the stairway and bedroom.  I carried a recorder and put others in the bedroom, stairs and kitchen.  While in the bedroom my whole body tingled with energy for the first hour so. I had some wild KII reactions to questions such as "are you still here".  The KII did not just go to red but went back and forth in a blur of color for seconds.  It seemed to react to any question about being there.  I had done an EMF sweep before beginning the investigation and found nothing. While downstairs in the kitchen on break I also heard footsteps upstairs and other loud noises--not normal house noises.  I have always wanted to investigate a location no one else has done and was not disappointed. Plus being alone added a whole new feeling to the investigation.

Evidence will be posted soon

 Pollak Hospital

On June 4, 2016 TIP investigators Lesley, Paul, and junior tipster Madi investigated the Pollak Hospital in Bartonsville, IL.  The asylum was completed in 1902 under the direction of Dr. George Zeller who was truly a pioneer of the mental health institution of the day. He revolutionized the humane treatment of the sick and elderly.  He also allowed women to serve in leading roles formerly reserved for men. It was opened up as Peoria State Hospital, as Peoria was the largest nearby city. In total there were thirty-three buildings to serve the community.  Many patients worked there also and the institution functioned as its own city in some respects.  We were particularly impressed to learn that the circus would visit the hospital and put on performances for the patients.  Pollak Hospital was added to the complex in 1949 and was used to treat the many tuberculosis patients. The northern wing was for the female patients while the southern wing house the many male patients. Many people came down with this incurable disease and the many died at the hospital.  Eventually Pollak was closed down in 1973, making it one of the few remaining buildings from this massive complex.  Unlike the Bowan Building nearby which is slated to be torn down the hospital building remains viable.  We visited one of the four cemeteries near the building but were soon chased out by mosquitoes.  We began our investigation listening to a very informative talk on the history of the whole complex and the hospital in particular.  TIP investigators were very impressed by the history of the facility and how forward thinking Dr. Zeller had been.  We then toured the facility which has been converted almost entirely to a haunted house for Halloween time—meaning lots of bloody zombies and body parts.  One room was the “doll” room and was creepy just because of the dolls (pictures on Facebook).  While we were in the basement during the tour we were leaving one room and heard a loud screech like a metal door closing.  There was a metal door in the room we were leaving which led to another small room.  We re-entered the room but could not detect if the door in the room had moved.  We tested the door and it was unlikely to have moved on its own.  We began our EVP sessions down in that basement room.  During the session we heard a noise in the other room where we had been told the spirits like you to sing nursery rhymes to them.  We soon found out that Madi and Lesley sing like angels but Paul not so much.  When we ran out of nursery rhymes we switched to Adele to give the spirits a change of pace.  The song “Hello” with the lyric “hello from the other side” seemed very appropriate for the circumstances.  We moved upstairs again and performed EVP sessions in the various hospital rooms.  A few areas are locked off as they are rented out.  Something weird and non-paranormal always happens on our investigations.  This time we had been warned they have a lot of trespassers so if someone showed up call the volunteers who were less than five minutes away.  Well sure enough during our break a pick-up truck drives around the gates and backs up to the building.  It turns out it was the youth football coach that stores equipment in part of the building and forgets they have ghost hunts.  After this intermission we did ghost box sessions in the basement and the lecture room (as we called it).  Both sessions were pretty uneventful except when leaving the lecture room we got two “goodbyes” when we said goodbye.  After we packed up we drove down to the museum and met the volunteers again.  We spent some time in the museum learning more about what had been an amazing facility in its time.  As usual we have evidence to review and we will post the best on our website.

Return to Farrar

On October 1, 2016 TIP returned to Farrar Elementary in Farrar, Iowa.  We had previously investigated the site with another paranormal team in September 2014.  Due to family event conflicts, only Paul and Brandon were able to attend the investigation. Allegedly, adults and children who have passed on have returned and re-live their experiences, good and bad, in the old school. There is no record of anyone actually dying at the school though.

The boiler room is known for EVPs and a creepy shadow person that crawls on the ceiling. People claim to hear a phantom basketball game complete with cheering in the gym. The stairs leading up from the gym is where the apparition of a little boy has appeared.

The TIP team began in the boiler room where we hoped to make contact with the shadow person that haunts the area.  We conducted an EVP session in the boiler-room but did not get any sense that anything was active.  Paul spent time alone in the room too and did not sense any spirits.  He left a recorder there the rest of the night.  We proceeded to do EVP sessions in almost every room of the school.  We also did a ghost box session in the boiler room and the stage but did not get any responses.  We broke down our equipment and spent the night on site in the base camp room trying not to think about the giant wolf spider Paul had killed right before bedding down.

Upon reviewing the audio evidence Paul discovered that the recorder he left in the boiler-room had captured some interesting sounds.  More than one time there were sounds of something moving around the boiler-room when the team was not in there or anywhere near.  A sample of recordings can be found on the Evidence-EVP tab.

Return to the Goldenrod Showboat

On October 1, 2016 TIP investigators Paul and Brandon and our friend Shana, a volunteer caretaker of the Goldenrod, had the rather unique experience of investigating the over-100 year old Showboat the Goldenrod in Kampsville, Illinois.  Goldenrod was the last showboat to work the Mississippi.  Unlike paddle wheelers showboats did not move under their own power but were pushed by tugboats.  They were basically floating theaters and did not have passenger rooms. They believe different spirits are now haunting the Goldenrod.

We each carried a recorder and we placed three more around the boat—in the ticket area, buffet area, and captain’s table.  We were joined by two volunteer caretakers of the boat.  Just before we arrived one of the caretakers had been on the boat and turned around to find a shadow person right behind him.  He left the boat and was waiting for us outside.  We performed EVP sessions in various areas of the boat.  One of the caretakers felt spirits in the stage area.  We also heard a thumping noise from the balcony area and we were unable to determine what it was.  We did two ghost box sessions but did not get any responses.  However, we caught a few interesting things on our recorders that will soon be on our evidence webpage.

Similar to our investigation at Farrar the sky was full of stars and the Milky Way.  You have not lived until you have seen the night sky the way it is meant to be seen with no light pollution.  During this visit there were shooting stars which made it special.  In addition, we always enjoy the ferry ride both there and back.  We want to thank the caretakers for their friendship.

Private Residence

On December 2, 2016, TIP did an investigation at a private residence. The home owner contacted us because on different occasions her dog would go into the upstairs master bathroom and bark and get very agitated at a certain spot in the bathroom. The dog when then become very protective of the owner and would stare into the bathroom very upset.

TIP conducted its investigation in the master bathroom and present was Paul, Lesley and the homeowner. The dog was kept outside during the investigation. The investigators set up two KII meters and recorders and conducted an EVP session. During the session we requested that if there was a presence there to please make a noise. At that time we captured a knock on the wall that the dog is said to concentrate on. We again asked it to please make that noise again and once again there was a knock. This happened a few more times and the knocks only happened when requested.

We would like to note that when we left that we were contacted by the homeowner that evening that when she let the dog back in it immediately ran upstairs and began barking at that same wall in the master bathroom very upset.

Private Residence

On January 20, 2017 TIP did a preliminary investigation of a private residence that had experienced apparitions and even physical attacks on residents.  We plan to return to do a more complete investigation.
